Celebrating 10 Years in the Middle East!
This year marks the B. Family's ten year anniversary of living and serving in the Middle East. While they’re currently on sabbatical and celebrating away from their Lebanese home (and favorite Arab foods!), they rejoice in all God has done. Over the past decade, they’ve seen lives transformed as Syrians have come to faith, been discipled, and stepped into ministry. They’re also thankful for the many personal joys – youth group, fellowship with gospel workers, regional gatherings, and the beauty of the mountains and sea.
They are now midway through their sabbatical. Phase one focused on rest, abiding, and delighting in the Lord. Time in Scotland has included enjoying the outdoors (rain and mud included!), meaningful friendships, concerts, creative pursuits, and the beauty of God’s creation. In phase two, they are prayerfully reflecting on how God has uniquely shaped them and how He may be leading in the next season of ministry. Next week they travel to Turkey for a regional conference before returning home to complete their sabbatical.
