This Sunday, December 21, is the last day that members have the opportunity to nominate people for positions of elder and deacon. To nominate someone, you must be a member yourself and the person you nominate also needs to be a member. We ask that you also confirm with your nominee before you nominate them to know if they are willing to serve in this capacity. Remember that an elder is a shepherd over God’s flock, a teacher of God’s flock, and a servant to God’s flock. A deacon ministers to the needs of the congregation through care and compassion. Thank you to everyone who joined us for The King’s Brass concert! We were blessed to welcome nearly 500 people, filling our church with joyful music, warm fellowship, and a wonderful sense of community. Your enthusiastic presence made the evening truly special and we are grateful for the support and encouragement shown to the musicians and to our church!
CHRISTMAS POINSETTIAS
Thank you to everyone who purchased a poinsettia this Christmas season. Please remember to take your plants home with you after the Christmas Eve service that you attend. If there are still poinsettias remaining after the 7pm service, we invite you to share the joy by taking one to a neighbor or someone who is homebound.
SUNDAY CLASSES SCHEDULE NOTE
On Sunday, December 28, childcare will be available for infants–Pre K in the preschool area. All other children are invited to worship with their families in the Sanctuary and busy bags will be provided for Kindergarten–5th grade. Student Ministry and all adult classes will not meet on December 28 to give our volunteers a well-deserved break. Our regular full schedule of Sunday programming will resume on January 4.

On Wednesday, January 7 at 6pm, we will gather for a delicious dinner featuring fried chicken and all the fixins! A huge "THANK YOU!" to everyone who stopped by and supported the Student Ministry Produce Stand last week! Your generosity helped our students raise nearly $700 – funds that will go right toward making their upcoming mission trips possible. Your support is helping turn their faith into action!
